Due to the nature of services and/or products we provide, Create Heart Work does not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read the full description associated with the product you are purchasing.

If purchasing physical products, please note we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. 

You are free to ask any questions prior to purchasing. Our shop items and instant digital downloads do not accept any type of refund. No physical product will be shipped to you if you are purchasing a digital product. It is also the customer's responsibility to provide a correct email address for the delivery of the digital products. Create Heart Work is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses. 

Your file links are delivered via email and can be accessed immediately after purchase. You can also create an account and have access to all your digital files. 

Please note: all our tutorial videos are made with the app Goodnotes. There are other planning apps available, but we use Goodnotes.
