Each weekday includes space for your Top 3 Targets and a clear hourly schedule from 5AM–10PM. This layout allows you to visually track where your time and energy are going so you can make thoughtful shifts when needed.
💡 Weekly Reflection
On the right side, a series of heart-check questions invite you to slow down and reflect:
• Did you make space to sit with Jesus?
• Who did your efforts serve?
• What brought fulfillment?
• What were the Glows(things that went well) in your week?
• What were your Grows(areas that need improvement) for the week?
⏳ Habit Tracker
At the bottom, you’ll find a simple way to build consistency. One habit is already included, “Sit with Jesus in prayer + read Scripture”, because time with Him isn’t just helpful, it’s foundational. Everything else flows from there.
This weekly tool is here to gently guide you toward a more rooted, intentional life. Not packed, not pressured, just peace-filled and purposeful. ✨
